Q. What is English level requirement for joining the class?
A: Children with any level can join, our program is for kids age 7 to age 15. All the kids will take the similar lesson, but do different group activities according to their level and age. Most of our activities are suitable for all ages. We give different level of encouragement and have different expectations for kids in different writing levels. We have successfully done many training class with kids' age range from 7 to 15.

Q. If we miss a class, will we get the refund for that class?
A. No. We try to accommodate everyone's time and schedule. However, we will not be responsible for missing classes due to personal reasons, the 10 weekly classes are set as a semester. We would not be able to offer make-up class. We have teachers travelling and teaching even one student does not show, we bare the costs and thus, we can not issue refund for missing classes.

Q. What's your refund policy?
A. Full refund minus $30 administration before 2 weeks of class start time. 50% refund after two weeks before class starts. No refund after class starts.

Q. What do we need to bring and prepare for the class?
A: Students will need to bring notebooks for writing and pencil cases on their own. In some of the classes, they will need to bring a small digital camera for photograph. We will inform you when that happens.

Q. Will there be homework for each class?
A: Yes, we will give out homework at the end of each class. Students needs to bring their homework to class to be marked.

Q. My child has already done the summer camp, is the training class the same as the summer camp?
A. No, the training class focus on the writing skills and public speaking. It is a place for kids to really enhance their writing skill and help them to gain communication skills. The summer camp focus on activities and journalism concepts. We strongly suggest kids who have done summer camp to join our weekly training class to enhance what they have learned so far.

Q. You also have a membership program. What does the membership program do? Do I need to join the membership program?
A. The membership program provides our members the opportunity to get their writing published in our magazine. The members will go out and interview. We help to connect with events organizations and people for our members to interview. We also provide great other writing assignments for our members to do. The members can also have priority to enroll in our classes and other guest speaker seminars. To know more about the membership, please visit membership page.
